What is the Juicy July Challenge?

I launched the Juicy July Challenge back in 2020 when we were unable to run retreats due to the pandemic. Now, due to overwhelming demand from everyone who took part in 2020 and 2021, I’m relaunching the challenge for 2024… so here we are!

I would love for you, your friends, and your family to join the challenge and commit to having just one fresh juice or smoothie every day throughout the month of July.

Not only am I convinced that after 31 fresh juices or smoothies you’ll be feeling healthier, brighter, and probably a bit lighter, but you’ll also be inspired and motivated to keep it going afterwards for improved vitality and energy.

Why Join?

Juices and smoothies are one of the best ways to get your daily intake of vegetables and fruit as well as all those vital vitamins, minerals, and living enzymes! And I would love for you to take a photo of your juices and smoothies and share them on social media. The aim is to spread the word and get as many people as possible juicing and blending through July!

There are no fees to join and no commitment to raise money or make a donation. I just want to get as many people as possible juicing through July and feeling better for it!

It’s been proven that having a good morning routine really does set a Positive Tone for the rest of the Day. Furthermore, it enhances productivity and improves your efficiency and productivity. It can also help to promote healthy habits and reduce stress.

You can enjoy your juice or smoothie at anytime of the day… but I am strong believer that if you can start your day with a wonderful nutrient boost you’ll find yourself feeling much more energised, more focused and more positive!

  • Week 2 – Cleanliness is Next to Godliness: Cleansing juices and smoothies that can help you achieve dramatic results in your overall well-being. For example, clear eyes and skin, improved digestion, reduced water retention and a clearer mind!
  • Week 3 – Time to Heal: Raw juices allow your digestive system to rest – meaning better and quicker absorption of nutrients by the body. These juices and smoothies will aid digestion and help to reduce any inflammation.
  • Week 4 – V 4 Vitality: Vitamins, minerals and raw enzymes galore! By week 4 you should be feeling revitalised and raring to go.
  • Week 5 – Chin! Chin! : Let’s celebrate the summer and all that new energy with some fabulous summer mocktails.

To Juice or To Blend?

I will be creating two separate sets of recipes to give you the option to juice or blend your way through July. The recipes are different for juicing or blending and so are the shopping lists. Each day I will also be sharing the recipes on @naturally.ross and the @Maisondelunel social media pages.
