About the property
This luxury property, set across two houses within one garden, has recently been renovated to an ultra-high standard by global antique dealers and interior designers Holly Johnson and her husband, Benjamin Aardewerk. Full of bespoke artwork, antiques and mid-century pieces, the properties have a unique style and a sumptuous finish.
Sitting on the outskirts of beautiful Beaumaris, the property comprises Ty Pinc, Ty Stabl and two apartments, Low Tide and High Tide.
The centrepiece, Ty Pinc, or the Pink House, is a magnificent testament to the rich history of Beaumaris, boasting 16th-century origins and Grade II listing with stunning historic features. Originally part of Tros yr Afon Manor House, Ty Pinc has undergone a comprehensive restoration project, peeling back time to reveal hidden, forgotten Tudor wall paintings and original A-frame beams and wooden timbers.
Upstairs, you will discover the fabulous green salon with expansive bay windows that give jaw-dropping views across to Snowdonia. The salon, full of antiques and comfy sofas, is the perfect place to snuggle with a book or relax in front of the fire.
Open-Plan Lounge and Dining Area
In Ty Stabl, you will find an expansive open-plan lounge and dining area where we will host educational workshops, juicing and cooking demonstrations in the mornings, and enjoy soup and documentaries in the evening.
You will find it hard to take your eyes off the view through the two expansive glazed windows that lead onto a full-length balcony, where you can survey the ever-changing panorama.
Completing the ensemble are the exquisite Low Tide and High Tide apartments. Both beautifully designed, spacious havens feature their own lounge and fireplace. Designed to the highest luxury standards, they boast original fixtures, unique antiques, and modern photographic artwork. And, of course, they both have stunning views over the pretty front garden and breath-taking views of the Menai Straits and Snowdonia mountains beyond.
