These initiatives were born out of Lockdown… the more I learnt about setting a target and making a commitment I realised the more you could achieve… through making positive lifestyle changes. Our 30 and 31 day challenges are created to offer a framework and a challenge – we simply want to encourage as many people as possible to feel the benefits of living and loving a healthy lifestyle.

ACTIVE APRIL is a 30-day initiative that aims to encourage as many people as possible motivated and committed to 30 minutes of exercise everyday for 30 days. We aim to create an activity mindset; to inspire us all to seek a more healthy, active lifestyle.

YOUR CHALLENGE: 30 MINUTES FOR 30 DAYS.

You choose your exercise activity – walking, running, cycling, swimming, yoga and you can mix and match throughout the month. Active April is all about setting yourself a fun challenge – being active, committing to the challenge, having fun and feeling the benefits of just 30 minutes exercise a day.

JUICY JULY is a one month initiative where I I challenge you to join me to have one fresh homemade juice or smoothie per day throughout July… 31 juices later I’m positive you’ll be feeling much healthier, brighter and lighter!

YOUR CHALLENGE: ONE FRESH JUICE or SMOOTHIE PER DAY FOR JULY

Each day I will share a juice and smoothie recipe for you include into your day… breakfast, lunch or evening meal… or as a pick-me-up when you need a boost! We aim to encourage as many people as possible to have a daily fresh juice throughout July and feel healthier, brighter and lighter!
